Samsung continues to grow and is now looking for a Project Coordinator/Order administrator to their team based in their head office in Kista. In this role you will will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related tasks.
Your role as a Project Coordinator/Order administartor
You will support our customers mainly within below are:
· Order handling
· Price information
· Delivery information
· Project Coordination
You will manage the order cycle, processing in a timely and accurate manner with profession, monitor order status, communicate any issues to customers and internal stakeholders, monitor order and forecast status in order to make correct short term plan, "Spider in the web", coordinating between OA, HQ och IT and Create process documents and PowerPoint presentations
- Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience from creating process documents and PowerPoint presentations
- Highly Developed Skills in English is a must
- Good Knowledge of Excel and SAP
- Previous knowledge of order administration is a plus
- Highly motivated.
- Highly driven.
To succeed in this role it is required that you speak english fluently.
